APPOINTMENTS:
Our Office Hours are Monday- Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm
Our Cleaning Hours are Monday-Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm meaning we take our 1st client as early as 9:00am and our last client as late as 3:00pm.
All appointments must be scheduled at least 2 days in advance based on availability. 
No same day or Next day appointments available.
Once you are booked in the system you will receive an email and a text message notification confirming your appointment.

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS:
You will receive an email reminder 2 days before your appointment date and time and a text message reminder 2 hours before your appointment time on the date of your house cleaning appointment.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS:
All payments are required up front on the day the appointment is made in order to confirm and keep your house cleaning appointment. 
We ask that you cancel or reschedule 3 days from your appointment time for a full refund. Any cancellations made after that will result in a $75.00 Cancellation Fee.  

QUALITY ASSURANCE:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with cleaning that has been provided to you, a team lead or a manager will come back out and do a re-clean of the rooms and or areas that are not satisfactory to you with in 24-48 hours during our normal business office hours from the original service date.
